Taylors Tree and Stump Removal are currently seeking suitably experienced stump machine operators to assist in the implementation of all aspects of amenity tree work in the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of a competent stump machine operator as well as a commitment to their and their co-workers safety in the work place.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Experience with stump machine operation and maintenance
- Chainsaw experience
- Enthusiasm and physical fitness

Climbing Arborist
Taylors Tree and Stump Removal are currently seeking a climbing arborist with demonstrated experience to be part of and occasionally lead our team to carrying out tree care operations in the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area. In this varied role, you will be performing all aspects of an arborist's duties on-site such as:

Consulting Arborist
Taylors Tree and Stump Removal are currently seeking a consulting arborist with demonstrated experience to be part of our team to carrying out consulting and report writing in the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area. If you would like to further your career within a growing company and have a genuine passion for working within the amenity tree care industry then we want to hear from you.
In this varied role, you will be performing all aspects of a consulting arborist's duties such as:
- visual tree assessment
- written tree assessment
- consultation service
- tree selection
- preparation of arborist reports for a variety of planning matters
- expert witness
- general advice on planning and permit requirements
- customer liaison and development
To be considered for this role you will have:
- a minimum of certificate 5 qualification in Arboriculture with demonstrated experience in all aspects of tree pruning and care for a minimum of 5 years
- some consulting, preferably at least 2 years, experience is required
- excellent verbal communication skills
- excellent writing skills
- knowledge of a range of computer programs including word, excel, outlook and CAD
- sound knowledge of Victorias planning system
- sound knowledge of OHS is required
You will also be required to provide advice on a day to day basis to our tree crews and other staff as required.
On occasions you may be asked to provide quotations for tree removal and pruning works as well as more specialised works.
