At Talyor’s we have a number of detailed procedures that all management and staff adhere to. This ensures that all jobs run as smoothly as possible from quotation right through to the completion.

INITIAL CONTACT
When you first contact our office you will notice our friendly approach to organising a free quotation that best suits your needs. We offer a same day service for quotations that involve a fallen or dangerous tree.

ESTIMATOR
When the estimator arrives at your property, he/she will be easily identifiable in their Taylor’s staff uniform. The tree will be inspected and you will be asked a series of questions to ensure that your needs and requirements are met. Such questions pertain to whether you wish to keep the wood, have Taylor’s remove the foliage and whether you additionally wish to have the stump removed. The experienced estimator will ensure that the correct machinery and manpower is selected for the job at hand.

QUOTATION
The experienced estimator will provide you with a quotation on the spot and upon receiving the quotation he/she will inform you of any council regulations that need to be met. If there are permits required the Estimator will provide you with the necessary council paperwork.

SCHEDULING
At Taylor’s there are two ways to schedule the job; one is to organise it with the Estimator at the time of quotation or otherwise confirm your intention to proceed by contacting our office. You will be assured the first available time which is generally 3-5 days from acceptance of the quotation. Should you require the job to be completed sooner we will endeavour to schedule your job sooner. Please note that fallen or dangerous trees are same day service in almost all circumstances.

STUMP REMOVAL
This work is generally performed the day after the tree work is performed. Our fully qualified operator will also arrive in company uniform and carry out the task in a safe and efficient manner. The site will also be left in a clean and tidy state.

PAYMENT
Unless alternative arrangements have been made, it is company policy that all jobs are paid on completion. At Taylor’s we accept cheque, cash, money order, EFTPOS and credit cards to settle your account.
